Payment: We accept card payment, bank transfer, and cash on completion of work. A deposit may be requested for larger jobs before work starts. Cancellation: Let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another customer. Weather delays: Some jobs depend on safe working conditions. If high winds or heavy rain make work unsafe, we will contact you to rearrange as soon as possible. Insurance: All work is covered by public liability insurance. Details are available on request. Waste disposal: All branches, logs and chippings are removed from site as part of the job, unless you ask us to leave logs for firewood. Exact terms are confirmed when you contact our team, and may vary depending on the size and location of the job.
